PUMPKIN RED BEAN COCONUT PEARLS DESSERT

  • Pumpkin, whole or halved into large pieces without peeling
  • Coconut milk
  • Sugar
  • Vanilla
  • Tapioca pearls (boba pearl)
Cách làm
  • Place the pumpkin on a baking sheet lined with non-stick paper. Bake until a fork can easily pierce the flesh, indicating that it is cooked.
  • Take it out, peel the skin, and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a pot, heat coconut milk, add sugar, adjust sweetness to taste, and add vanilla if desired.
  • Boil water, cook tapioca pearls according to the instructions, scoop them out, and place them in a bowl.
  • Put the pumpkin in a bowl, pour the coconut milk over it, and add the tapioca pearls on top.
  • Optionally, you can sprinkle roasted sesame seeds or peanuts on the surface.
  • Note: Do not soak the tapioca pearls in coconut milk and refrigerate overnight, as they will become mushy and unpleasant to eat.
