PAN FRIED POTATOES

I got this recipe from my mother in law. The way she makes it so simple, but the result is so satisfactory. Everyone in my family loves this dish! :)

- Potatoes peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- Several sage leaves
- A few cloves of garlic, crushed
Cách làm
- Add a little oil to the pan, add the potatoes, cover, and cook over medium heat, shaking the pan occasionally to ensure even browning.
- When the potatoes are tender, remove the lid, increase the heat, and fry until golden brown and slightly crispy on the edges.
- Add rosemary, sage, and garlic. Stir for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and serve hot.
