  • Spaghetti
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Finely chopped Italian chili
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
Cách làm
  • Place a pan on the stove, add garlic and chili, and sauté until fragrant; the garlic should not be fried until crispy like garlic chips! 
  • If you eat garlic, just sauté until the garlic is slightly golden. If you don't eat garlic and just want the aroma, remove and discard the garlic when it turns golden.
  • Put a large pot of water on the stove. When the water boils, add salt to make it slightly salty.
  • Add the spaghetti and cook according to the exact number of minutes on the package.
  • Drain the water (do not rinse with cold water; absolutely never rinse with cold water like when cooking Vietnamese noodles). Immediately add the pasta to the hot pan with garlic (heat already off).
  • Mix well to absorb the flavors.
  • Serve on a plate, and garnish with Parmesan cheese.
  • This is an authentic Italian dish!
